30-Day Return Policy
At Golden Goose Slides, we stand behind the quality of our premium footwear. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible items.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unworn condition
- All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
- Items must be free from any signs of wear, scuffs, or damage
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Footwear that has been worn outdoors or shows signs of wear
- Custom or personalized Golden Goose slides
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
How to Return Your Order
Follow these simple steps to return your Golden Goose slides:

- Step 3: Receive your prepaid return shipping label via email
- Step 4: Package items in original packaging with all tags attached
- Step 5: Attach the return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location
We provide free return shipping labels for all returns within the United States. International return shipping costs may apply.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund according to the following timeline:
- Processing Time: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method used for purchase
- Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal Refunds: 1-2 business days
- Bank Transfer Refunds: 3-7 business days
You'll receive a full refund of the item price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please:
- Return your original item following our return process
- Place a new order for your desired item
- This ensures the fastest delivery of your new Golden Goose slides

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective Golden Goose slides, we'll make it right immediately:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged/defective item
- We'll send a replacement or full refund (your choice)
- Free return shipping and expedited replacement shipping included
